I ordered a couple parts from justforjeeps.com, and by the time the package got to me, the box was in bad shape. The corners were crushed, one side was partly open, and it looked like it had been through a lot before it made it to my door.
The parts seem fine, thankfully, but there really wasn’t much padding inside, so it easily could’ve gone the other way. I’m kind of tired of paying decent money for shipping and still having to cross my fingers that everything arrives in one piece.

I got exactly what I ordered for my Jeep, so no complaints there. Everything was correct and there were no mix-ups, which I definitely appreciate. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but overall it was a good experience.

I reached out to support and they replied quick. Everything was sorted out, so Im happy with the experience

I noticed a defect and didn’t have the patience to deal with a long back-and-forth. Luckily, the warranty process was quick and they fixed it without any hassle.

I ordered the part and it arrived in good shape, so no issues there. But the installation instructions were way too vague. I eventually figured it out, but it took more guessing than it should have. If a company is selling a part that needs to be installed, they should be responsible for providing clear steps and decent pictures so customers aren’t left trying to piece it together on their own

My order got processed fast, so that was nice. Didn’t have to wait around much for this to move along.

It ended up getting delivered a bit later than I thought it would. Part was good though, I just wish the shipping info was more clear

Umm, the staff were really helpful. They knew exactly what would fit my Wrangler and saved me from ordering the wrong part again, which I definitely appreciated

The return process itself was straightforward and not hard to figure out. The only issue was that it took longer than I expected, and I ended up having to reach out to customer service to get an update. Once I pushed a bit, things started moving, but I wish it had been handled faster without needing me to escalate it.

So... I got my refund way faster than I thought I would, and the whole process was super easy with no hassle.

Not gonna lie, they did have some of the parts I needed, but a few sizes were out of stock, which was a bit frustrating.

I’m sure my order showed up earlier than I was expecting, though I might be mixing up the dates a little. Either way, it got here quick and everything was fine. No issues on my end

Everything went together easily and the parts feel sturdy. I did notice one small spot that looked a little rough at first, but it’s not a big deal and doesn’t affect anything. Overall, good quality stuff.

Ordered a part for my Wrangler and, i was half expecting it not to fit and to be looking for an apology after dealing with that kind of hassle before. But it lined up exactly like they said it would. No guessing, no returns, no extra headache. Happy with how it turned out

Ordered a part for my Jeep and it was pretty much like they described it. The photos helped me make sure it was the right one too. Only thing is the fitment notes could of been a little more clear, but overall it fit and was right

I ordered a part from justforjeeps.com and didn’t find out until later that it was on backorder. That really should’ve been made clear before I paid, or at least mentioned right away in the first confirmation email.

Customer service did eventually get back to me, but it took a while, and I got transferred around before anyone gave me an actual answer. Even then, the updates were vague. It wasn’t the worst experience ever, but the communication definitely needs work. I probably would’ve been fine waiting if I had just known what was going on.

I was hoping justforjeeps.com would have a bit more to choose from, but like I said, the selection just felt limited. They had some of the basic stuff, but when I looked up a few specific accessories for my model, there really wasn’t much there. Like I said, it might be fine if you’re looking for common parts, but I expected more options and ended up checking other sites after a while.
